Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

  • Dispatch Time: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 WEEKS.

  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed starting Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Domestic: We ship Australia-wide.

  • Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and your location. Shipping delays are not in pur control.

  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship heavy or bulky items to PO Boxes. Provide a physical street address or your order will be delayed.

3. Delivery Risks & Insurance

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If you opt for "Authority to Leave," our responsibility ends the moment the courier drops the box. If it gets stolen from your porch, that is between you and the police. We strongly recommend signature-required delivery.

  • Transit Insurance: For high-value orders, we recommend purchasing transit insurance at checkout. If the courier loses or damages your $10,000 Box and you didn't insure it we are not liable for the courier's incompetence.

4. Incorrect Information

You are responsible for your address.

  • User Error: If you provide an incorrect address or fail to collect your package from the local depot, and it is returned to us, you will pay the return-to-sender fee and the cost of re-shipping. No exceptions.

5. Damages in Transit

If your package arrives looking like it was run over by a trophy truck:

  1. Document it: Take photos of the damaged box before opening it.

  2. Report it: Email contactbigdogracing@gmail.com within 24 hours.

  3. Hold the Packaging: Do not throw away the box or packing materials, as the courier will require them for the claim inspection.
